Ordering

Our office hours are (Central Time):    

Monday through Thursday  - 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday  - 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Once you complete your order, we will receive notification at Alakef Coffee Roasters and process the order for fulfillment.  Please be sure to enter your grind preference, any special instructions, or drop ship information.  If you are new to Alakef, we would love to hear how you heard about us!  At any time, we truly appreciate hearing your feedback about all that we do! 

Shipping & Delivery

Alakef Coffee Roasters roasts all coffee to order.  That means we can usually ship your order the same day, if the order is placed with us by 11:00 a.m., weekdays.  Orders received after 11:00 a.m. are generally shipped the next business day.  Orders placed on our website require 24 hours for the credit card transaction to clear through a third party. Those orders usually leave our facility the following day from the time they are placed.

Even during our busiest times, your order should never be delayed for more than an extra day, so please let us know if you do not receive your order in a timely fashion.  Call us so we can track it as soon as possible.  Your satisfaction with our coffee is our goal and we want you to enjoy the wonderful aroma and flavor of our freshly roasted product.

Orders for Pick-up

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. will be ready for pick-up after 3 hours. 

Pick-ups can be made before 4:30 p.m. - Monday through Thursday, by 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Privacy & Security
Alakef Coffee Roasters is committed to protecting your privacy online. All orders placed on our site are protected by the highest level of encryption and cannot be viewed or altered as your information travels to our secure server. Credit card transactions are processed by a third-party financial institution. They receive only enough credit card or check billing information to determine validity and to process your transaction. Alakef Coffee Roasters does not sell or share names, credit card data, or any personal information with any other third party. Any information shared with Alakef Coffee Roasters will be the sole possession of Alakef Coffee Roasters and will be used for Alakef Coffee Roasters purposes only.

Returns & Replacements
Please be sure to contact us if you are not satisfied with your coffee for any reason.  We want to do anything we can to make it right as quickly and efficiently as possible.  By contacting us, we can let you know the best way to handle a return, if it is necessary.

Pricing & Promotions
It is our goal to shop the world so that we may provide you with the highest quality coffee at the best price possible.  On occasion, we will have promotions to let you know about new products, featured products or special pricing.  Normally those future promotions will be communicated to you via e-mail or in a note with your order.

Viewing Orders
             While you are logged in, click on “My Account” at the top of the page on the right.
             This will take you to “My Dashboard”, the summary of all your account information.            
             Locate the menu on the left of the page.  Click on “My Orders” to see your order history.
Updating Account Information

While you are logged in, click on “My Account” at the top of the page on the right.

This will take you to “My Dashboard” where you will see the summary of all your account information. Either click on the link next to the information you want to change, or navigate to that page using the menu selections on the left of your screen.

Please keep your e-mail and phone numbers current so we may contact you if we have any questions about your order or if a product that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock.
