Roasts:
There are 5 degrees of roast. From darkest to lightest they are:
French, Vienna, Full City, American or City, Cinnamon
Body:
Body is the thickness, weight or slipperiness felt between the tongue and palate, also textures such as oily, thin and buttery contribute to body.
Acidity:
Acidity is described as high, thin notes, brightness, dryness, tartness, snappy or a hint of sweetness (common with Kenya, Ethiopia).
Generally, a darker roast has less acidity.
